In addition, research has shown that involving patients in their own medication management can also help to reduce the risk of medication errors.

It is clear that medication errors are a significant issue in healthcare, and there is a need for continued research and efforts to improve medication safety. By implementing evidence-based strategies and engaging patients in their own care, it is possible to significantly reduce the occurrence of medication errors and improve patient outcomes.
