Interview portion is done and I have attached a copy for reference.

Throughout the semester, you will work on a Service Leadership Final Paper that spotlights and honors an APRN leader and the leadership style and strategies that they employ to improve quality metrics within health care systems, organizations, and diverse practice settings.

This evidence-based paper will involve primary research, conducted through one live interview, as well as secondary research, conducted through consultation, review, and synthesis of existing literature. The final paper should be written at a level suitable for publication in a peer-reviewed journal.

Upon completing your interview, you must decide which of the theories you studied in this course best explains the leadership style of the APRN you interviewed (e.g., transformational).
After choosing the leadership style, you must then locate at least 10 academic articles and scholarly publications on the selected leadership style.
Then, you need to review and study the existing literature.
