What do you think of Alicia using the firm’s offices to meet with her “client?”essay

Keep in mind that in this video, Alicia is acting as a freelance paralegal, not as an employee of the Saunders law firm. Answer the following:

What do you think of Alicia using the firm’s offices to meet with her “client?”
Alicia sent Hutchinson “the official court instructions.” Is sending that document to him UPL?
Alicia offers to fill out parts of the form that Hutchinson doesn’t understand. Is it UPL if those questions are factual information, such as Hutchinson’s name and address? Is it UPL if Alicia makes choices for Hutchinson on the form?
Is there anything wrong with Hutchinson’s statement that he wants to “take advantage of every loophole?”

What about when she tells Michael to just “make sure they’re right and send them out?” What rule has she violated?
Before going on, can you think of some approaches Michael can take to get the supervision he needs?
Now watch the rest of the video and compare your suggestions to Michael’s course of action. Answer the following:

At the end of this video clip, the client asks the point-blanks questions: “Do I have a case?” Does Alicia violate the UPL law of Virginia with her answer?
Can you think of some answers she could have given the client that would have satisfied him, but would not be UPL?
