Some of the apps products released by the SAA’S are not satisfying.
SAA’S should ensure release of personalized applications to fit the way they work .This would be ensured by building apps with a single code base which enables the customers to easily customize them with tools that work on the applications layer .furthermore, this will put some surety to customers that their customization won’t be lost when the app is updated ..

They are less satisfying in terms of how they handle the customers , according to my thinking some of the people in SAA seems not to be familiar with their work .In relation to this SAA should employ people who are more of a leader and understands that SAA’S requires new ways of thinking about business and should visualize a customer relationship as an ongoing service opportunities not as a time transaction.
7. How satisfied are you with the skill, knowledge, and technical expertise of the Senate’s support vendors? This includes the Helpdesk, Installation Teams, Systems Consultants, and break/fix technicians.

The helpdesk and system consultants are more satisfying compared to installation teams plus break and fix technicians who seems to be less knowing on how to handle their work .The key will be finding people with the right kind of experience and structuring the company both internally and externally. The company should hire employees with long time perspectives to go with SAA’s long time aspiration.

SAA’S mode of delivery is sometimes slow and not up to time against what they have promised. Due to this SAA’S should come up with coordinated method between the company technology team, operation team , logistic and warehousing teams logistic partners and also its counter platform .This will enable timely communication and hence faster and timely delivery of products.

Thinking of SAA’S make me realize of all the significant changes that have occurred in most industries and all sizes businesses .SAA’S have made it possible for new business models that requires not just new technologies but also new approaches altogether .to me the benefits are so obvious and compelling.
