In this assignment, you will assume the role of a discharge nurse who is tasked with providing a reliable diagnosis-specific website to support patient discharge education regarding their condition.

Choose only one (1) out of the four (4) most frequent hospital admission diagnoses below to be the patient’s discharge diagnosis:
