The risk assessment was conducted in In the Smart Globe House in London offices from 1st March to 30th
May in the manufacturing stores and officers as the two main areas where employees are most likely to be
exposed to hazards and potential safety issues
I spoke to the managing director at BAT to get his approval to conduct the company’s risk assessment of
safety issues. We agreed that I would provide my assessment results if I identified any safety problems
that required the management’s attention after the managing director’s consent, I proceeded with the
risk assessment and identified potential hazards, their negative implications, and strategies BAT could
introduce to eradicate them
