With the increase in the demand for more resources, time, working on poorly designed daily work systems in the workplace, many employees suffer burnout at an aligned rate, thus leads to staff turnover rate; in the nursing practice, big burin outs are as an issue that the need for emphasis of joy to focus on improving individual wellness. As an advanced professional nurse leader, I will ensure joy at the workplace by adopting these strategies.
