Students will develop a narrative marketing plan for a real or potential service company. This plan should be prepared professionally as if it were to be presented to a supervisor and/or to a bank for funding.

The marketing plan should include: background, strategy, description of the product or type of service, pricing, customers, market research, delivery and distribution, branding, costs, collecting payment, and a flow chart of processes.

A minimum of three (3) scholarly (academic) references are required. References must include citations using the proper in-text APA format, e.g. (Hoffman & Bateson, 2017, p. xx) and, also an end of paper reference, e.g. Hoffman, K.D. & Bateson, J.E.G. (2017). Services Marketing (5th edition). Boston, MA: Cengage Learning. The paper should be a minimum of eight (8) narrative pages, double spaced, in 12 pt. font.
