the following considerations:

Ms. A has spent the past 25 years in the same area. She is unable to speak English and does not have a driver’s license. Before she suffered an injury to her back and went on disability several years ago, she held a job for a number of years. Because she regards medical professionals as being unpleasant and useless to her requirements, she does not seek the opinion of medical professionals very often. Even though she is aware that she should get regular exercise and take her medication as prescribed, she does not believe that either of these things will improve her condition.
How, in your capacity as a resident of Ms. A’s neighborhood and as a practitioner in the medical field, may you help her improve her health?
