The prosecutor holding the situation should be fined, suspended, and professional training presented. A death sentence is a severe charge rendered when there are no full proof and proper time taken in carrying out an investigation.
Prosecutors Help the law enforcers in carrying out investigations for particular cases. Ethics and conducts during the process are followed, for public interest and maintenance of justice.
