The situation you can talk about is having to do an emergent intubation being new to the ER. Talk about all the news media surrounds a nurse that lost her license from making a medical error and being uncomfortable with doctor yelling out orders and having to administer medication because u felt underprepared/uncomfortable because thats not something I use to doing working on a step down unit(inpatient hospital).
