Through direct interaction with patients, students gain insights into the complexities of healthcare delivery and patient management. A variety of challenges surfaced during this week’s clinical experience, particularly in managing patients with multifaceted health issues. Additionally, significant successes emerged, particularly with one patient diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The collaborative effort to develop an effective care plan exemplified the efficacy of teamwork in achieving positive patient outcomes. Successful interventions not only boost confidence among team members but also contribute to improved patient health.

Patient assessment revealed critical signs and symptoms (S&S) such as wheezing, shortness of breath, and a notable decrease in oxygen saturation levels.
