This assignment is about creating a risk management template which I can use in any other projects as well. In that template I have to add the information in the tables in context to an environmental disaster ie mount poly as mentioned in the pdf. Both pdf belongs to same assignment. You work for a consultancy that has been hired to manage elements of the Mount Polley Mine tailings spill.

Your task is to create an Environmental Risk Management Plan Template that can be used by the consultancy for current and future projects.

You are not creating a Risk Management Plan. You are creating a reusable Risk Management Plan template.

1) Must be PMBOK 5 compliant
2) The template is for your specific program, but should be useable for other projects
3) Template must be applicable for your project.
