Establish regular communication channels (meetings, reports, etc.) to disseminate updates and gather feedback from physicians, nurses, administrators, patients/families, and other stakeholders (Heller et al., 2016).
Clearly communicate the goals, timeline, and expectations for the project to gain buy-in and support from stakeholders (Wong et al., 2018).

Develop a training plan and schedule to educate clinical staff on any new policies, procedures, or technologies resulting from the project (Sfantou et al., 2017).
Ensure all staff complete mandatory training to successfully implement changes when the project launches (Kotter, 1996).
