The concept of a just culture has a number of key elements. Choose the two elements that you feel are the most difficult to achieve and provide one strategy for each that will make them achievable.

For the first DQ question, I believe that leadership and communication are the two elements that play the most significant role in sustaining change. Effective leadership provides direction and motivation to sustain the change, while clear and effective communication helps to ensure that everyone understands the reasons for change and what is expected of them.
