This paper will describe the basis for effective collaboration of security defenses within and between organizations.

Increased growth in digital era leads companies to use secure content sharing tools, but even in the presence of this tools employees may choose not to use them because it’s difficult or they are not conversant with it, the use of their own devices for sharing information may result to leakage and increased security breach, loss of this devices may fall in wrong hands leading to companies loses, damage and even facing legal actions, technology leaders should ensure ease of use enterprises while selecting and ensure employees embrace them (Entrust, 2003).
Modernization of business into online transactions entail various customers, partners and organizations, it also involves the exchange of sensitive data and information, businesses must be able to identify the party involve and ensure the information is well protected, this will result into increased production and it’s also cost effective (Wuttke, 2018)
Conclusion
Security collaboration is vital in organizations since it helps to protect important information, customer’s identity and increase business growth. Proper corrections and checks preserve the organization from serious risks. This tools must also be made easier for the users in return it increases protectiveness within and across the enterprise.
