This assignment will be in two parts. Part 1 will be a 1000 word Data analysis, which should answer the questions clearly in the document I have uploaded. I will also upload my own answers to questions about the problem set, however, please take it as extra help as I′m not sure if it is right or wrong. For the data analysis, it would be good if there was a table that shows the statistics of error rates and such, so that it is clear to the reader. For part 2, there will be a 2000 word essay about Topic (c) in the document, (Native language plays a major role in Second Language Acquisition). For part 2, please make sure to follow the guidelines provided in the document as that will guarantee a better grade. Moreover, please make sure that the essay includes all the things that the professor asks for in the document. For the sources required, please use Kellerman 1984 that I have uploaded as a primary source, as well as other sources from journals such as (Second Language Research), (Studies in Second Language Acquisition), (Language Learning), (International Review of Applied Linguistics). You may also use the sources that Kellerman cites in his paper. Moreover, make sure to include Experiments and findings and how their findings support my position, which is that L1 plays a major role in L2 acquisition.
