The article analyzes safety values that affect nursing practice. It relates the clinical issue of interest of nurse handoff since it examines the safety-oriented culture and its impact on handoff.

I selected the article since it addresses the effects of nursing handoff on communication and quality of care. Another reason was to understand the role of I-PASS Nursing Handoff Bundle on the safety of patients.
