1. Describe the impact of health care worker safety on patients, their families, and the health-care workforce as a whole.

How would a pandemic affect hospitals and medical facilities, for example? What is the role of the health manager in assisting the hospital or medical facility in preparing for a pandemic? What happens if there is a pandemic?

3. What exactly is psychological personal protective equipment? When faced with a pandemic, what can individuals do to ensure their own health and well-being?
