I began my journey toward a degree in Operations Management in 2020 and have since taken a few Project Management courses at SNHU. The 5S methodology was the primary project ( help with nursing paper writing from experts with MSN & DNP degrees) management technique we used. “Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain are the five steps in the 5S methodology for creating a more organized and productive workspace. 5S lays the groundwork for implementing more advanced lean production tools and processes.” (Using 5S, 2021). We are in the business of building robots, but we were a small start-up at the time with few manufacturing techniques that allowed us to be efficient. We were making a lot of robots, but they were in a chaotic environment. I was able to Help in the implementation of the 5S methodologies to each building operation, which increased the efficiency of each build. Each station now had every tool required to build the specific sub assembly, and each tool was labeled and had a visible home where it returned after use. This simple organization of tools and processes not only made our production floor more efficient and quick, but it also made the floor safer.
