IT 550 Final Project Milestone Three Rubric
Remember: Your final project ( help with nursing paper writing from experts with MSN & DNP degrees) is the creation of an information technology strategic plan (ITSP). This plan is broken up into three milestone assignments that you
will be working on throughout the course: an organizational profile (that you have already completed), an IT department SWOT analysis (that you completed as
your last milestone assignment), and a document of strategic IT initiatives (the focus of this assignment). These assignments should be tackled from the
perspective that you are your organization’s IT director.
For this milestone you will submit a complete strategic IT initiatives document that synthesizes the information from the first two milestones. Last milestone, you

items to focus on to develop four to six strategic IT initiatives. Develop the strategic IT initiatives that are aligned to the conclusions from your SWOT analysis in
order to mitigate threats, strengthen weak areas, and capitalize on organizational strengths and opportunities. In addition, your document should map back to
the mission and vision statements of your IT department and should model best practices in IT governance supported by the standards and regulations of your
organization’s industry. Additional legal and regulatory implications, as they pertain to the acquisition, implementation, and general use of information
technology, should also be addressed.
For each of your four to six strategic IT initiatives, you must address items A, B, and C below.
Note: This strategic initiatives paper should be more oriented to what needs to be done, not how those items will be accomplished. The “how” will be addressed

Lastly, the suggested initiatives should be modeled based on the external and internal standards as per the IT governance would dictate (Jeffery et al. 2017). Accenture should include these project ( help with nursing paper writing from experts with MSN & DNP degrees)s to regain its position in the market. Also, the Accenture should retain its employees by offering a better work environment, allowing workers to grow as well as offer better rewards to work achieved to boost the employee confidence/morale. The company’s vision aims to create the best future for its clients, as it accomplishes its internal goals.
In particular, the recommended initiatives should include talent retention plan, investing in people, advancing innovation and scientific knowledge, market expansion, and adopting the Accenture Digital.
Talent Retention
Most companies may have challenges in retaining skilled and qualified employees due to competitiveness and greater opportunities that other organizations may offer. Employees can seek other places of work for many reasons including inadequate compensation, recognition and reward in their current workplace, poor management, an absence of advancement opportunities, lack of accountability and responsibility, and poor understanding of an organization’s vision and mission. To retain employees and talents, the company should design a human resource initiative that satisfies the employee needs. The company’s vision should be well drafted and availed to every employee.
Market Expansion
The Accenture Company is in itself an outsourcing IT firm that has placed itself as a brand. Therefore, it should seek to penetrate all the angles of the market, and engage the small, mid-sized, and big project ( help with nursing paper writing from experts with MSN & DNP degrees)s. In this way, the company’s stability stands a chance of maintaining itself during difficult economic situations. It was highlighted that the company tends to rely much on outsourcing services. The organization should utilize further in cloud computing services, and focus on technology. In this way, there would be improved market penetration and diversification that would boost the organization’s competitiveness.
Advancing Innovation and Scientific Knowledge
To remain relevant in the profoundly competitive business world, the Accenture should be at per with the ever-growing global technology. The way to achieve this initiative is through innovation. The company should incorporate super digital platforms for marketing as well as for business transactions. The company should develop applications that are flexible across industries and markets and that their customers can easily see product performance as well as carry out data analytics. The three areas of focus should include the big data, market intelligence, and advanced analytics. The Accenture is looking forward to offering an end-to-end service across development, operations, deployment, integration, and consulting. The legal implications such as patency of the organization’s project ( help with nursing paper writing from experts with MSN & DNP degrees)s and initiatives cannot be overlooked.
Investing in People
The Accenture should spend on professional development to come up with new skills that can commit to innovation as one of the initiatives. Through empowerment, the company would be able to produce world-class experts and professionals who can be significant within and without the Accenture IT department. This plan also involves training and certification, workspace improvement, leadership and team building initiatives, and innovation and think tank programs.
Ethics and Law Strategies
Law and ethics should guide the strategic initiatives in IT and business. Transparency and prioritization improve business service. Clients trust genuine products and by extension the companies that deal in such items (Kress, 2010). The company should plan to engage the customers fully, and as it transforms into IT, it should also deal with the clients as digital customers. Information technology is in the best position in Accenture for providing secure, innovative experiences for internal and external customers.
Every sold product should have policies aligned to ownership, confidentiality, and the use of intellectual properties of third parties. It must engage appropriate agreements with its employee for the security business. The company often maintains the security of the client’s data using its privacy policies. The policy ensures that the company, as well as its clients, is protected against data loss or copyright issues (Jeffery et al., 2017).
