The main idea reflected in the chapter is the importance of creating questions and how to become your own Socrates. According to the author, creating questions is a step towards understanding regardless of whether the question has an answer or not. Formulating questions provides an understanding and revelation of hidden assumptions, enable an individual to engage with the real-world experiences and discover, vagueness, biases and errors in the process of creating questions.
