I would recommend vitamin and mineral supplementation for Mr. Brown. The reason is because of his age. Elderly people require supplements to ensure sufficient vitamins and mineral salts. For instance, supplementation will reduce the risk of diseases such as osteoporosis. Conditions such as a bone fracture can undermine his health.
