Also, the application of knowledge and conduct the necessary researches to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing methods. In this process, complex issues which are solved are aimed at achieving the goals and objectives of the business.
• Assesses policy needs and develops policy and procedures governing enterprise IT services
The ability to demonstrate knowledge in a deep understanding of the policies and procedures that guide the organization in implementing its IT infrastructure is crucial for protecting the company against legal issues. It is also important to understand the current trends and other issues in information technology for the protection of the organization (Lumley et al., 2011).
