Assignment 3- Roadmap Project: Digital Transformation
• This is an individual assignment
• You are requested to select a company and develop the roadmap for its digital transformation: you will need to apply digital strategies to detect new
digital trends and develop the roadway to a digital business transformation.
o Company description: describe the business, its main product(s)/service(s) and its competitive advantage.
o Digitalization analysis: identify and explain the digitalization needs and problems of the company, as well as the digital trends that can have
more significant impact on the business and the organization, and explain it.
o Roadmap: build a roadmap for the digital transformation of the business, based on the previous analysis.
You will have the opportunity to discuss a first draft of the report with the lecturer in session 12 and 13 of the course, in order to receive formative
feedback.

• The format of this assignment is a report, that should be uploaded in pdf.
Formalities:
• Wordcount: minimum 1.250 words
• Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded of the total wordcount.
• Font: Arial 12,5 pts.
• Text alignment: Justified.
• The in-text References and the Bibliography must be in Harvard’s citation style.
Submission: Week 13 – Via Moodle (Turnitin). Day and hour limit: Sunday 08/05/2022 23:59 CEST
Weight: This task is a 40% of your total grade for this subject.
