JB is a 78-year-old male who presents to the emergency department with complaints of chest pain, shortness of breath, and dizziness. His medical history includes hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and congestive heart failure. Through evaluation and testing, he is diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction (heart attack).
