As a community project, “Together as one Project” is one of the fantastic Project is focusing not only on the social issues but also on the economic empowerment of youths in the community. The Organization is anchored on the holistic values and norms that bring the members of the community together and enhance cohesion and understanding of each other at all levels of governance. The Project is focused on youth empowerment and community integration for economic and social development. Its primary focus is on arranging activities based on agriculture. The youth will participate in planting, weeding, and harvesting of crops, community programs like football and volleyball activities for the best cohesion in the communities. Nonetheless, as a start-up organization, the “Together as a one” Project will not achieve its goals with the basic principles of trust, integrity, and focus on the community. This will not only attract the big funders in the community but also enhance the understanding of each other for the better of the world. Interest in the social issues and knowing about the Organization’s values and principles is the basis for a clear understanding of necessary regulations. The shifting landscape in the business will be the basis for enacting and enriching values and principles for the best of the Organization. As far as the business entity is concerned, confidence, understanding, and accountability will be advocated to enhance trustworthiness among the partners and also attract new investors. With the need to succeed in this business entity, it will be imperative to identify the main guiding principles, rules and the norms with respect to how they shape the enterprise and enhance the interaction among the members for the best diversity, work-life balance and the broad impact on the spectrum of long-term partnership.

As an economic and social organization, “Together as one Project” will be anchored on the customer and investors focus principles. In this case, the team members will be able to demonstrate a clear commitment to the provision of not only quality products but also enhance trustworthiness from the investors. The big family Funder focused by the Organization will not have confidence in our Organization if their interests and needs are not put into consideration. There is a need to always remember both the customers and the investors when conducting the business because this value is paramount to greater achievement when it comes to satisfying the needs and wants of the Organization (Hughes & Acedo, 2016). The Organization will always focus on providing solutions that are mutually beneficial in the sense that they will customer-oriented. In this case, it will be easy to deal with difficult situations with so much patience, care, and understanding of the customer’s needs. This will also allow the provision of quality products and services through the strive of the needs and customer’s expectations.
Importance and Relevance
By “Together as one” Project focusing on the customers, it will be possible to retain them and create the customers’ loyalty. This is the same case when it comes to the investors because they realize that their investment into the Organization is recognized and appreciated. As the Organization focuses on satisfying the needs of both the customers and the goals of the investors, it becomes very easy to be able to strike a balance between price and market expectation.
