I should report to George about the Client, Mr Alfredo who came to the office to seek advice on his immigration problem. I will start by explaining the issue and how the client was torn between two options of either obtaining employment-based immigration or petition for his LPR status. After the process, I will explain to George on how I helped Alfredo in solving his problem. I took the following approach in assisting Alfredo. From my experience with matters of laws and immigration I advised Mr Alfred first to obtain the employment-based immigration visa that will allow him to work in the United States as he purse to obtain an LPR status. Immigration based Visa is one of the documents that is allowed by the immigration laws of the United States; it is therefore, a legal document that allows individuals to work in the country without any legal actions taken. Having immigration based Visa is a good opportunity to explore and understand other legal processes of obtaining an LPR rather than involving a brother. I also explained to him on the process of obtaining the legal documents. A brother may play an inactive role on matters that touch on individual’s stay and opportunity to work in the United States. I finally told Alfredo to remain focus in pursuing the goal of obtaining the legal documents. I also gave him the phone number of the office line to seek any clarifications when in need. I wished him all the best and referred him to the United States immigration offices.
