Formalize and submit your own personal leadership philosophy, which should reflect your perceptions of what makes for a successful leader. To support your leadership philosophy statement, consult the scholarly literature on leadership that you have chosen. Among the elements of your personal leadership philosophy should be the following:

Describe your basic values in your own words.

Statement of one’s personal mission and vision

An study of your CliftonStrengths Assessment, including a summary of the results of your personality profile

a description of two major behaviors that you would like to see improved

A description of two key behaviors that you wish to strengthen
