6 Page Organization Communication Project

The Final Project should address a workplace (current or previous) problem related to communication. What practice or process needs to be created or improved to facilitate communication at this workplace? What communication problem are you proposing to solve? Remember that this is a communication course and that every aspect of your paper should be anchored by communication principles and best practices.

The workplace problem I want to solve is internal communication within the school system. As a teacher in Florida, I think there should be a better and more efficient way the messages are relayed. There have been numerous and serious occasions that major and minor crisis occurred on school campus. Situations should immediately make the staff aware of any situation. The chain of commands has to sometimes go through the governor, the commissioner, the superintendent, the principal then the staff. Therefore, I think there should be a faster and easy way for staff to be informed. Especially in todays world where social media is taking over. Kids find out information and will post it immediately, that will spark an outrage with parents. That process alone become instantly chaotic.

Final Project — Your final assessment will be an essay that allows you to integrate and demonstrate what you have learned in this course. Your paper is required to be 6 pages in length and should follow the guidelines provided in the activity. Be sure to follow accepted research approaches and citation format (Help write my thesis – APA). It is required that your article routinely references advanced communication concepts and applied knowledge of a workplace problem or challenge.

Notes from professor:Strive for clarity in your observations. While the problem identification section should only be two to three sentences, you list the correct communication problems in the case. In the solution sections, avoid general statements and recommendations that would be implemented or considered by a professional staff. You develop ideas on a communication crisis response and stakeholder roles. This assignment is interested in the introduction of best practices from research, rather than commentary about the events and actors in the case. Several valid observations
