Project #9: Your organizational Assessment.
Compose a doc (minimal of three pages, single-spaced, in technical report/memo type utilizing part headings, web page numbers, and memo format addressed to the principal and cc’d to me), I might use the next part headings: Function/introduction, Traits/themes from the interviews, 4 Frames Assessment, SWOT Assessment, AI Dialogue, Potential Change Areas (numbered), Alternative of Change Space for the Change Plan (the main focus of the org. change plan task).
-Summarize and interpret the interview responses from module eight, by documenting the salient factors from the questions (refine or broaden in your themes and traits), and by referencing the corresponding responses to the Question Assignment by the principal, and the second interviewee, that elicited the thought or statement. Be sure that I can see clearly who’s responding and what they stated. I am not wanting a complete re-print from module eight, slightly, what salient factors had been stated, what phrases did they use, and what are the implications of their responses? In different phrases, give me an interpretation and use the themes you discovered in task #eight. Attempt to preserve this part to 1or so pages in size.
-Then, current to me your preliminary organizational Assessment, utilizing the 4 Frames; appreciative inquiry; and a SWOT Assessment (strengths, weaknesses, alternatives, and threats) as your views. Keep in mind, SWOT is from module 5. Simply listing S: after which your feedback, then repeat for W, O, and T. This part should be a minimal of 2 full pages. Be at liberty to incorporate any views of strategic administration.
